Yay! After some shipping issues getting the books from the printer to the distribution warehouses, my beautiful new I Heart Trader Joe’s Plant Based Cookbook is now landing in mailboxes and can be found popping up in bookstores far and wide.

In celebration, I’m having a cookie dough and book sale, for local folks in the Cities area (I’ll even sign it for you, if you’d like).
Here are the deets:
Cookie pick up will be Friday, August 11th from 2pm-4pm or Sunday, August 13th from 10am-12pm.
Dough is pre-scooped and ready to bake: keep it frozen until it’s time to pop it in the oven. I’m offering two different flavors this go around: My Blue Ribbon Chocolate Chip Cookies, of course:

And then a summer inspired flavor explosion: Strawberry Lemonade Sparklers:

Half lemon, half strawberry and coated in a sugary coating that has just the right amount of crunch.
